A minimum payment of 50% of the total, excluding the consultation and/or engagement shoot fees is required to secure the date. The 50% deposit will go towards your wedding services and will be deducted from the event day balance. Delays

We will provide an itinerary for the exact appointment times for members of your bridal party that lead up to your appointment as the bride. A late fee of $25 will be charged after every 10 minutes of delay (up to 20 mins) when ANY member of your party is late for the schedule time, or if makeup exceeds allotted time because of clients delays. If the service is not finished at the end of the allotted time because of tardiness we will start the next client. If there is time at the end (AFTER the bride’s makeup is complete) then we will finish the person who was late.
The Be’terie is NOT responsible for tardiness and unfinished makeup due to the bridal party members running behind. This late policy is the same for your consultation trial run. This will be paid for, in cash, BEFORE services are rendered. This policy is non-negotiable.
